Assessment: During this phase we assess and determine the project management maturity of the organization, PMO’s capability and existing policies and procedure
Exploration: In this phase our process experts analyze and provide the options for process improvement for PMO, analyze the need for Portfolio management, and suggest OPM3 or any other suitable models for PMO
Planning/ Analysis: EPM experts conduct client need analyses, facilitate discovery workshops, and provide briefing for blue print or road map for EPM implementation
Prototype: On the basis of our understanding, we will demo you a prototype
Piloting: With your input on prototype, we will set up Microsoft Office Project Server 2007/2010 on your company server. We will provide as much customization as possible including custom templates
Phased approach of production implementation: We strongly believe on Learn to Walk before Run principle. How much walking is ok depends on your project management maturity level. We will provide you a road map on the phased implementation
