INT-229 J2EE Architects
Location: Arlington Virginia
Job Description:
A J2EE Senior Developer/ architect typically works with internal and
external customers to analyse, evaluate, prototype and develop proof of
concept to suite exisitng enterprise architecture for required business
specifications Also J2EE Senior Developer/ architect has a wide range of
technical knowledge, rather than focusing their skills in a specific area of
information technology
The J2EE Senior Developer/ architect shall have
Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications
Technology agnostic mind set in development of prototyping and developing
Proof of concept for various apps
Evaluate new technologies for existing enterprise architecture compliance
Has developed detailed and robust requirements, code, test, and implement
proposed systems
Hands-on experience with projects supporting Service Oriented Architecture
principles
Works without technical oversight of a team as required
May work as a Team Lead
Shall also possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to
clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables to
Federal counterparts
Required Skills/Certification: Experience with J2EE
technologies such as Core Java, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS, WASD, Web sphere, RAD
and Servlets
Experience with Web Service Technology and Security Service Definition
Language (WSDL), WS-Security, Web Services-Interoperability (WS-I)
Experience with J2EE Framework/ORM such as Struts and Hibernate
Solid OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML diagramming and design
documentation
Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC Strong XML
processing experience such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc Experience with
JavaScript, HTML, SSL
Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis,
problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application systems
Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively;
strong and proven problem solving
Self-managed with the ability to mentor others

Familiarity with project management frameworks

INT-221 Business Analysts
Location: Arlington Virginia
Job Description: We are looking for Business Analysts competent
with RUP and UML to support a Federal client located in Arlington Virginia. Our
consultants must understand the business processes and document requirements via
various methods including interviewing stakeholders; identify and prioritize
business needs, manage business expectations and client relationship; develop
specifications as defined in the business requirements, including documenting
use cases.
Required Skills/Certification: IBM Rational Requirements With
Use Cases Certification, USE CASES, ACTIVITY DIAGRAMS; UML. strong verbal &
written communication skills, facilitation experience and problem resolution.
Essential knowledge areas and core competencies as outlined within the IIBA
BABOK 2.0.
Required Tool Knowledge: Rational RequisitePro, Rational Rose
or Rational Software Modeler/Architect, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and
Microsoft Office.
Additional Considerations: Knowledge of US Banking Industry
and/or Federal Regulatory experience is a major plus. Experience with Oracle
Business Process Analysis Suite is a plus. Experience with additional RUP
disciplines outside of Business Modeling and Requirements Management is a plus.
